Scope of Services
Velventia provides digital services, including Google reviews optimization and online
reputation campaigns. No physical products are shipped.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, comply with laws, and maintain required
platform access. Clients indemnify Velventia from liability caused by misuse.
Payments
Payments must be made upfront via Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer. Late payments may
suspend services.
Refunds
All sales are final. Refunds only in cases of duplicate payment or service non-delivery.
Intellectual Property
Velventia retains ownership of methodologies, materials, and reports. Clients receive a
limited license to use deliverables.
Termination
Velventia may terminate services for non-payment, unlawful activity, or breach of terms.
Clients remain liable for outstanding fees.
Limitation of Liability
Velventia is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Liability is capped at fees paid in

Refund & Cancellation Policy
